Hi, I’m Claudio.
I am a commercial leader with extensive experience in building high-performing teams and driving growth across a range of industries, including food delivery, hospitality, and tech. Currently, I work as a Global Commercial Excellence Manager at Booking.com, where I manage the team responsible for key projects and initiatives within our global Commercial organisation, based in Amsterdam.
Prior to joining Booking.com, I served in leadership roles at Bolt and Uber, where I oversaw large, multinational teams of sales and account management professionals. In these roles, I was responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, building sales cultures, and closing strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest restaurant chains. At iFood and Rapiddo Entregas, I led teams responsible for driving new sales and expanding operations in Brazil, closing partnerships with local favorites and high delivery volume restaurants, and making last-mile logistics more convenient and practical.
In addition to my corporate career, I am also an angel investor at Glim and a co-founder at TETTO Rooftop Lounge, which was later sold as a successful business, generating $20M in annual revenues. In this venture, I was responsible for branding, business model development, and marketing.
As a father and husband, and someone who has lived in Brazil, Spain, Estonia, and the Netherlands, I have a global mindset and a deep understanding of how to navigate different cultures and work effectively in diverse teams.
